Cost: $2,750.00 (incl GST)
The first training course of digital human modelling (DHM) tools in Australia. DHM tools integrate into complex computer aided engineering (CAE) environments for the design of any system involving a human operator or user, such as aircraft, vehicles, plant. DHM tools are dynamic representations of human populations, with the ability to predict human motion, posture, human-tool, human-product and human-robot interaction. Product and system design using DHM tools is one of the foundations of Industry 4.0 environments. This course takes an applied and hands-on approach to training the basic functionality of selected industry leading DHM tools. The practical training is embedded into a Summer School setting, which provides the theoretical foundations and state-of-the art science understanding for the applied DHM tools. This Masterclass CPD course aspires to provide an affordable training for state-of-the art Industry 4.0 human-in-the-loop engineering methods. The target audience for this CPD course are systems engineers, simulation engineers, software engineers, designers, human-factors engineers, Ergonomists, architects, postgraduate students, academics and decision-makers. In order to deliver superior learning outcomes for very student, this DHM CPE course is limited to a very small class size of 20 seats.
